Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express and PayPal

Receipt of Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it safe as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@romi925.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


Pricing

Prices are in GBP include VAT at the rate of 20% and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.


Reproduction

Romi 925 take care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.


Product Information

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since our jewellery is hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the craftsmanship required to make such high quality products. All products shown are subject to availability.


Returns Policy

If you find your item unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied please notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the product(s). Then simply download the returns form and enclose it with your product(s) to us unused, in resalable condition including the original packaging. A copy of the returns form should also be sent by e-mail to customerservice@romi925.com.  You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products together with a completed returns form reach us within 14 days of receipt. For all items we are unable to accept returns after the 14 day period expires.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective  or faulty. 

For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the cost of returns and we recommend that you pack the product(s) sufficiently and use an insured registered delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund you.

If the delivered item does not match your order, is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at info@romi925.com within 72 hours to discuss a refund, repair or replacement. We will ask you to send us a photo of any damage for our records to assist us in taking appropriate action. Upon confirmation we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date.  Please include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer services will contact you to discuss a possible replacement or full refund. We are unable to give refunds for damaged items not notified within 72 hours.


Availability

All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.


Liability

Romi 925 cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website .When you place an order to purchase a product from Romi 925 your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

Romi 925 endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Romi 925 does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us. The information on our website is constantly updated and supersedes any information detailed in our catalogues.
