Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, but can be delivered to an alternative address, although all receipts and correspondence will be sent to the billing address. Returns and Exchanges
Our jewellery is fully guaranteed against any defect in material or craftsmanship except for any natural inclusions in stones, loss or accidental damage.
Provided goods are returned as sold in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase within 14 days, they can be exchanged or a fully refunded.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If goods are returned due to defects in craftsmanship, you will be credited the return shipping cost once the defects have been verified.
We recommend taking the item to the Post Office, and send it registered, or a reputable courier service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
